UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO SHIPPING

Orders are sent from Puerto Rico via USPS. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days after you receive your dispatch email from us for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Allow approximately 7-21 business days. Please note international shipping times may vary.

Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding weekends).

COVID-19 UPDATES

We are happy to let you know that we are shipping all orders as per normal. We have extended our normal order processing times to 1-3 business days to allow for extra diligence. Thank you for your support and patience as we process all orders.

Every order is packaged with love. We use recyclable packaging materials to safely and securely ship your order.

RETURNS

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a refund or an exchange, then simply following this steps.

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to email sales@mulatabeauty.com with your order number with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days upon receiving the item.

Please include your original order number, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds. Please note we are unable to cover the cost of your return or provide a free returns label.
